Concierge is not management.

Concierge firms book restaurants and arrange transfers. They do not stand on a roof in November to verify a flashing repair, do not chase a permit at the Consell, and are not on a first-name basis with your tax representative. We do all three.

What owners ask first.

How is this different from a property manager?
Most Ibiza property managers run rental turnover at scale. Our work is the opposite: a small number of clients, no rental focus, one accountable person, real reporting.
Will you replace my existing staff?
Not unless asked. Most engagements keep your existing cleaner, gardener and technicians and give them a single competent point to coordinate with — which usually improves their work, not threatens it.
Do you report to my family office?
Yes. We can format reporting and invoicing to fit a family office workflow, including consolidated monthly summaries, vendor budget tracking and pre-cleared payment instructions.
Can you handle a renovation while we are away?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons owners engage us. We sit between architect, builder and owner, verify on site, and report weekly with photos and a clear decision-list.
What about confidentiality?
Discretion is contractual. Client identity, addresses and details are never disclosed.
