Custodians of Ibiza was founded to fill a quiet gap on the island: not a shortage of agencies, contractors or cleaners — but a shortage of one intelligent, bilingual, accountable person looking after a home as if it were their own.
We are based in Ibiza year-round. Our founder is an engineer by training, fluent in English and Spanish, with a quiet love of the island and a low tolerance for chaos. We work with a small, hand-picked group of owners, family offices, architects and lawyers across Europe.
We deliberately keep the practice small. Each villa under our care is treated as a system to be understood and an asset to be defended. We will never grow into a call-centre, an agency or a rental business.
If we accept your home, you will know our names, our phones, our faces — and we will know your villa down to the position of every stop-cock and the temperament of every contractor who has worked on it.
